Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website aiwatech.com and the services provided by Aiwatech (“Aiwatech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging us for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services

Aiwatech provides web development, mobile application development, custom software development, digital marketing, graphic design, and managed web hosting, along with software products and integrations. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal, quotation, or statement of work agreed between you and us, which forms part of these Terms.

2. Quotes, Fees & Payment

  • All quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless noted otherwise.
  • Unless agreed otherwise in writing, project work begins after acceptance of the proposal and receipt of any agreed advance payment.
  • Invoices are payable by the due date shown. Late payments may result in suspension of work or services until the balance is settled.
  • Recurring services (such as hosting, maintenance, or subscriptions) are billed on the agreed cycle and renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide accurate information, content, access, and feedback promptly. You are responsible for the legality and ownership of any materials (text, images, logos, data) you supply to us, and for obtaining any licences required to use them.

4. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each proposal specifies any included revision rounds. Work that falls outside the agreed scope — including new features, additional pages, or significant changes after sign-off — may be quoted and billed separately as a change request.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party components, open-source software, and any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks owned by Aiwatech, which are licensed to you for use within the delivered work. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party platforms and providers (for example payment processors, hosting infrastructure, and APIs). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or policies.

7. Warranties & Disclaimer

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the website or any software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aiwatech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other in the course of an engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing if the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period. On termination, you agree to pay for all work performed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
